Terrell Voltz: I'm not sure of the laws there but in most states it could be towed. It all depends on how much they monitor things like that in your neighborhood. But on the flipside, how much is the tag?? Like twenty bucks or less?? Go and get it registered.

Ardath Templer: It would be a bigger waste of money to register the car because I cant drive it because its a stick and theres no insurance on the car knowing it will be a lot of money and that I need to go thru the courts to get the title of the car in my name since my dad didnt will it to me.
