Bryant Chaudhry: They legally cannot.Unless a person is completely free from other person's fumes or drug smoke they cannot utilize this test for legal purposes.
Jonathan Schlussel: You will need to ask the people who run the program, but I suspect that they can not require a drug test. I think that would have to be court ordered.
