King Bringle: I'd say it's really hard to get into real estate investment without money.This concept of "wholesaling" doesn't sound much different then being a real estate agent. My experience with real estate investors are; their the cheapest SOB's in the world, and they think they know more then anyone else. So I'm not too sure of this concept that people will pay you to help them invest their money in real estate without a real estate licence. As an agent, investors have recourse if you screw them, much more secure then some flyby night, unregulated "job" of real estate wholesaler.It would seem to me with your experience, you'd do better just getting a licence and work for a commercial brokerage. Save up your money from commissions, use your experience to help the clients out in buying rentals properties and let your boss pay for all the office and advertising expences. Once you save enough up for a stake, you can start purchasing your own property and as an agent, yo! u'll be on top of the market conditions to find a good deal....Show more
